XII INTERVIEW ( WAWANCARA)

 

INTERVIEW :  essentially a structured conversation where one participant asks questions, and the other provides answers. 

Questions in interview :

1.       What’s your name ?

2.       Where do you live ?

4.       Where did you graduate from ?

5.       Tell me about yourself !

6.       Tell me about your ability/ skill !

7.       What is your weakness ?

8.       Why do you  apply a job in this company ?

9.       What do you know about this company ?

10.   What will you do if join this company ?

11.   How much salary do you want ?

Answer :

1.  My names is Yusnan Arif

2.  I live in karang pucung

3. I’m 17 years old

4.I graduated from Vocational high school of Wiworotomo Purwokerto.

5. I’m fresh graduate.  My mayor is Machine / electricity / automotive engginering.   I had an experience when I was training in PT Sinar Mas. I had training activity for 2 months .

6. I can assemble the machine, repairing the machine, tune up, etc.  I like to have a new experience. I am well thought-out, familiar to maintaining company records and talented in all Microsoft Office Suite. My position has required better understanding of vehicle electronic systems, error diagnostics, and pneumatic and hydraulic diagnostics and maintenance

7. my weakness is I am easy to be boring in the same job, that’s why I sometime release that by having break with a cup of coffee for a moment.

8.  Because I want to get more experience by getting a job .

9. This company has 200 workers. The product is …….( jelaskan sendiri sesuai pekerjaan atau perusahaan yang di tuju).

10. I will do my best and I will be able to work in your branch. I’m ready for the job. I can work with highly spirit and honest.

11.  I’m from vocational high school for the first I would like to get  Rp. 2.500.000

3 step Process that you can use to fashion an effective answer to most interview questions:

1. Understand what is really being asked. ( Tahu apa yang di tanyakan ) Most questions relate to your adaptive skills and personality. These questions include "Can we depend on you?"; "Are you easy to get along with?"; and "Are you a good worker?" The question may also relate to whether you have the experience and training to do the job if you are hired.

2. Answer the real question by presenting your related skills. (jawab secara sesuai dengan kemampuan anda)  An effective response to any interview question should answer the question in a direct way that also presents your ability to do the job well.2. Answer the question briefly in a non-    damaging way. ( jawab dengan jelas tanpa merusak jawaban anda) . A good response to a question should acknowledge the facts of your situation and present them as an advantage rather than a disadvantage.
